Groton Ancient Warriors

The Groton Ancient Warriors (GAW) lacrosse team is an over-40 team which plays in the Olde New England Lacrosse League during the summer. Games are during the week at different locations and pratices/home games are on Sundays at Stonebridge field.

In the winter, we play indoors at the Tyngsboro Sports Center and Sudbury Field House.  Please contact the team owner if you would like to join us.

If you are on the roster, please make sure to update your jersey number in your profile.  Also, for your position, enter your position, and your age group, ie 20,30, 0r 40 age group.

Groton Stonebridge Field:

From Rt. 495
Take exit 31.
Follow Rt 119 west into Groton.
Take a right at the first light (Shaws on left).
The field is down on the right 1/4 mile.

From the west:
Get on Rt. 119 east.
At the first light (only light in Groton) take a left.
Fields are 1/4 on the right.

From Rt. 3-For Stonebridge
Take the Rt. 40 exit.
Follow through Westford (past Mobil & Dunkin Donuts on left).
There will be a fork in the road with a sign pointing to Forge Village.
Take this fork LEFT, follow this road all the way to Forge Village.
Ponds will be on your left.
Once you enter Forge Village the road becomes Rt. 225, Stay on this road.
Fields are a mile on left after entering Groton.
